INTERNATIONAL TOUR OPERATOR seeks eMarketing Intern

Our friends at Country Walkers are looking to fill a postion.

The Position:
In this internship you will have an amazing opportunity to significantly increase your
skill set and get a unique and valuable inside look at online marketing, all while playing a
vital role in reaffirming a premier brand online.
You will aid the marketing team in optimizing our websites and online videos to ensure
better performance in natural search engine results. The results of your work are
measurable and should be considered a unique opportunity to build your resume with
demonstrable results for a career in digital marketing and/or interactive media.

Responsibilities:
Keyword research using online tools
Create, categorize, organize, and refine keyword lists
Audit pages and online videos for content and technical SEO issues
Recommend optimized page titles, page names, and descriptions for HTML and video
Basic content management
Other emarketing-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
University degree (exceptional seniors will be considered) in marketing, interactive web
design, or related fields.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated focus on constant self-improvement and learning
Proficient in HTML, Word, Excel, and experience with content management systems
Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Independent worker and self-starter
Internet savvy
Experience with search engine optimization to improve website performance a plus!

Time, duration, and compensation: approximately 16 hours per week at our office in
Waterbury; 4 months; $10 per hour.
