Word 2010: Using the Show/Hide Characters Feature Video Tip

Have you ever looked at document that was created by someone else and you cannot determine what they did to format the document?  If original document creator was not experienced in using programs like Microsoft Word, they likely made common errors; things like using the space bar instead of the tab key and entering two spaces after a full stop. Microsoft Word’s Show/Hide feature displays symbols representing these invisible characters. This feature will help you determine what actions and characters someone else used in creating our editing a document. Use this feature to find your own mistakes too.
