I am attempting to acheive my choice/preference of indent of bullet, corresponding with my choice of indented body text style. Used to succeed 80% in Word 2003. But in Word 2007, the indented bullet style I saved to normal.dotx comes back out flush left. How can I keep Word from overriding my indented bullet style choice/preference?

HI Daniel,
Let’s see if we can help.
First of all, make sure you have all the updates to Word 2007. Then create a new bullet style by opening the Styles task pane (click the dialog launcher on the Styles gallery). In the style type drop down, choose list. Then set all your properties how you want them.
The important part is to make sure that you check the option so that the style exists in new documents based on the template.
I hope this helps.
