Class Add: VMware Install and Configure v3.5

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

KnowledgeWave is pleased to announce that we have added a VMWare Install and Configure v3.5 class to our schedule for November 3-6, 2008.
Many top companies use VMWare solutions to optimize, and simply their information technology. This course is the first stop in learning how to install and configure VMWare successfully.  With the use of Virtual Machchines becoming more common the need for qualified skilled IT Professionals is a given.

Our 4-day VMware class gives students a full set of tools to learn how to install, support, and troubleshoot a VMware Enterprise environment and includes the following main topic areas:

ESX Server 3.x
Upgrade from ESX 3.0.0 to 3.0.1
VirtualCenter 2.x
VMware Consolidated Backup (VCB)
Physical to Virtual (P2V) migrations
Virtual to Virtual (V2V) migrations
VMware Lab Manager
VMware Converter 3.0 Enterprise Edition
Each student will set up their own ESX Server, License Server, VirtualCenter Server, and use a variety of tools to support the VMware Enterprise. This course offers students to build, support, and troubleshoot their own server.

Previous Student Feedback:
