Hi Rebecca, This webinar is available now On-Demand via our sister site, Log On To Learn. You can view all the On-Demand titles on this site: http://www.logontolearn.com/a/ondemand.html

    Hello,

Do the webinars include an interactive Q&A exchange during the forum, and if
not, do your instructors offer dedicated wbinars to companies? If so, what
would be the cost for something like thiat?

    Thanks very much! Kim

  4. Dan St. Hilaire Says:

    Hi Kim,

Thank you for posting your question on our blog.

KnowledgeWave and Log On To Learn do offer a question and answer period at the end of each paid live event. We allot 15 minutes post event for questions that attendees might want to ask. We don’t take questions during the event because it may limit the amount of content we could deliver in the 60 minute window. We can have 100’s of people in some events so allowing questions during the presentation would limit the amount of material we could deliver. Upon exit of the webinar attendees can type additional questions not addressed in the question and answer period. Any additional questions asked that aren’t covered in the question answer period are provided in a post follow up email. You would receive a list of all questions asked along with our answers and recommendations. Each live event registration receives a certificate of attendance.

    A few other options:

    Closed Private Webinars:
We offer closed corporate webinars for companies. You pick the topic and the time that works for your team. I can provide a detailed list. You have more control over the format and we can allow for questions, however we recommend that your users type the questions as we record the closed event and you would receive a copy of the recording for your company’s future use. Even in a closed event asking question during the event can take the session off topic as we would still be limited to 60 minutes. You users couple type questions during the event and our instructor will answer them during the event if appropriate and related to the topic they are addressing during the presentation or they would address those questions during the question answer period at the end of the session. We record the full session including the question and answer period and provide that copy to you in FLASH format. You could then place the recording on your intranet or network for future reference.

    Log On To Learn Membership:
We offer a full access membership to our content via our Log On To Learn site, http://www.logontolearn.com. You can purchase one license or a multi-user license. All the content we offer is available on-demand and your users can watch at a time that is convenient for them. Licenses start at $129/month. We have dozens upon dozens of recorded webinar sessions available for the one fee. All users would have access. In addition to the 60 minute webinar content we have several dozen short tutorial clips that are only 2-7 minutes. They target a specific objective like mail merge or how to create a basic macro. We add new content each week and every live event is processed and posted to the member area within 10 business days. There is an option to post questions, but turnaround time can be a few days. It’s a great value considering a live event cost is $99.

Here is a list of some of the on-demand events (Doesn’t Show the Short Tutorials) http://logontolearn.com/ondemand_events.php#odschedule

Let me know if you would like to discus either the closed webinars or the Log On To Learn Membership. I’d be happy to provide additional pricing information and demo Log On To Learn. Our live webinars, the closed corporate webinars and the Log On To Learn Membership allow you to train employees that may be located at different locations.

I’m here to help if you have any questions
